Our portrait ordering procedure is quite easy. All we need to receive from you is a photograph(s) with your order via email or mail, whichever you prefer. The photograph you send us must be as exactly possible as you want your portrait to be painted or instruct us otherwise in the order form, for example, you want your neck look longer, want different background color, etc. Please remember that the size and quality of your photograph also determine the quality of your painting.

After we receive your order and photograph(s), we will notify you whether we can work on your portrait. When we are able to work on your painting, we then process your payment. You may make the payment by credit card, check, money order, or bank transfer. When we complete your portrait, we will email you with a digital picture of your portrait for you to review and comment. After you are satisfied with the picture of our finished product, we will ship your portrait. Our portraits are delivered stretched and wrapped in a protective package. The average total processing time takes approximately 8 to 16 weeks.
